Charcoal Champ is a Northeastern style Chinese BBQ restaurant serving up delicious skewers of seasoned charcoal grilled meats. This will be an informal event. Expect to mix-and-match skewers along some delicious cold dishes and sides. The combinations are endless! Some highlights include the grilled beef and lamb skewers, chicken skin, malatang, scallops with chopped garlic, glass noodles, soy fried and and cabbage fried dishes.
