The Source is hosting a private, peer-led Youth Support Group for current or former foster youth ages 13-17. This month's group will be focused on discussing ACES (Adverse Childhood Experiences), Trauma Responses and how they develop and function as mechanisms for survival, as well as learning how to regulate our emotions after triggers, stress, or trauma flashbacks. Managing responsibilities, conflict, and emotions all on your own can be stressful and exhausting. Come join us for a free, confidential, and safe-space to share how you've been feeling, hear others share similar experiences, and discuss strategies to improve your wellbeing.
