Welcome to our first Sacred Gathering Retreat experience! ☯️ Immerse yourself in nature, art, music, and a community of love, compassion, and mutual respect. This is a multi-genre holistic wellness event created to facilitate collective healing, connection, and integration following the year of the dragon 2024. ——— The day will begin with an opening ceremony by @vibeyhealing, leading into a conscious movement yoga experience led by Leah Mislove (@le_mis) guided by opening music and sound healing with @sonshinesoundsx and friends. After, guests are encouraged to explore the sacred grounds and enjoy the warm, sunny weather we are expecting that day 🌞 The daytime will consist of musical performances by local legends Shanti Vibrations, Mustafa, Ari Sofas, and KeKe Sunshine - who are known for their signature styles and undeniable talent. The day will also consist of an art workshop by @moonsluice.art entitled “Embracing the Divine Feminine: Exploring Our Inner Duality” She aims to demonstrate how art can awaken the collective unconscious - this workshop will be welcoming to all genders! 🪬 We will also be welcoming @sierrafwallace for an Authentic Relating workshop, where guests will be guided through a practice that aims to improve our ability to authentically connect with and truly see one another. ——— As the moon and stars begin to emerge and night begins to fall….. 🌘 We are extremely excited to be welcoming Guy Blakeslee (@guyblakeslee) from Los Angeles, who will be performing his signature (( ELECTRIC SOUNDBATH )) “The electric soundbath is a container for inner journeying. Lying on the floor with eyes closed, guests are invited to allow the soundscape to support them and be gently guided towards expanded states of consciousness. Guy Blakeslee uses saturated analog cassette recordings of sustained tones and harmonic frequencies to channel the ethereal (intention) into material form (tape).” Each Electric Soundbath is a unique, intuitively improvised interaction with the space, broadcasting the materialized intentions for healing and vibrating attendees at the cellular level. All evening music sets will be accompanied by projector visuals 🎨🖼️ Guests are encouraged to bring pillows, blankets, warm clothes, eye/sleep masks, and an open heart and mind. Sonshine (@sonshinesoundsx) will be following the sound experience with a hybrid minimal techno + dance / experimental / ambient set to welcome guests back into form, to encourage some gentle movement and dance, and to set the space for community time, stargazing, and explorations of art installations as well as creative time participants may want to engage in.
