Who are we? The mission of the We Are One Community is to remind us that we are one, beyond color, race, sex, age, gender, and all the things that make us unique. There is only one thing that divides us: trauma, and as a consequence the ego. This is a community for those who have healed, are on the way to healing, or are intentioned to heal from trauma, and who have reached the ego death or are capable of discerning between their egoic reality and the consciousness of the whole, or are intentioned to reach that level of consciousness. Our Values: The We Are One community fosters authentic relationships, assertiveness, open mindedness, inclusivity, honesty, transparency, true unconditional love, independence, egalitarianism, reciprocity, kindness, and compassion. EVENT SCHEDULE 2 pm: community arrival, enjoying the beach, getting to know each other and to set up our potluck / item swap / love trading 3 pm: opening circle 3.15 pm: Kundalini tantra and breathwork for chakra activation and to nurture consciousness; and sound healing 3.45 pm: potluck / item swap / love trading 5 pm: We Are One circle 6 pm: closing circle and the powerful We Are One Meditation WHAT YOU NEED: Your own plate/fork/spoon/cup Swim suit Beach towel Yoga mat if you feel like it Your water bottle and plenty of fluids Layers of warmer clothes for later (needed!) A beach umbrella or a tent or a hat or anything your skin may require Feel free to bring music instruments WHAT FOOD TO BRING This is a healthy, alcohol and drug free unconditional love based community. Bring healthy vegetarian or vegan food made with love or picked with love. To help you choose what to bring and avoid for everyone to bring the same thing (what we bring is all we eat!), please PLAY THIS GAME: Go on Google and type random number generator, then set numbers from 1 to 6 and generate a random number. Based on your number you'll bring one of the following: 1=snack 2=carbs/pasta/pizza/rice 3=protein/legumes/plant based meat 4=veggies/salad 5=fruit 6=drinks (no alcohol, no artificial sweeteners) ITEM SWAP/LOVE TRADING: We Are One has founded the Trade Love Project to switch the balance between love and hate in our system. The idea is to only trade love, and avoid putting negative feelings in the system, by giving and receiving in ways that make both parties in the exchange feel good. For the Item Swap we will be Trading Love. Bring at least ONE item or ONE service that you would like to swap/donate following these criteria: - the item must be something you LOVE to give or you have in abundance or you made with LOVE, and that people will love receiving; - the service must be something you LOVE to do and you're really good at (example: a professional level massage qualifies, but a massage that may hurt people because you're not a professional does not qualify), and that will effectively solve a problem or make people feel good.
