Spine should be curved and your throat tilted back. We'll cover this in the class with instructions too, no need or worry to remember, we're here to help dissipate that stress into the earth so you can fully ground and relax in prep for releasing your hips! 2. Water Harmony Blessing - remember to bring your favorite thermos for this! We'll have a playful gratitude session for the small and big things in our lives. Vocalizing our intention into the tea or water for how we want it to replenish our bodies - discovering delight in the subtle orchestra that emerges from our soulful choir of hopes. 3. 🌺 FLOWER POWER πŸ’ͺ - get ready to crank your thighs & abs as Tabby guides you to find your pelvic core. She'll teach you stretches & exercises to strengthen your abductors.
