Here we will begin to loosen outdated internal narratives and reorganize meaning at the level where habits, identity, and perception are formed. This is where new coherence can take hold and a more aligned inner rhythm begins to lead. ✨No prior Kundalini Yoga experience is required. The practice is offered through a trauma-sensitive, nervous-system-informed lens, honoring choice, pacing, and self-agency throughout.
