Join local urbanist Jamie Trufin, Urban Phoenix Project, and Global Walkability Correspondents Network to explore Downtown Phoenix on foot.
We’ll meet for casual conversation at 8:30 on the patio of Valley Coffee Company, then start the walkshop at 9:00, with tips and tricks for walking in our unique city environment.
At about 9:30, we’ll start the walk, pointing out some great pedestrian infrastructure plus some areas for opportunity, concluding around 10:30. One lucky person will also win Jamie’s favorite sun umbrella, Breeze Life.
