**Emotional Release Breathwork session is a somatic active mediation to release tension and stuck emotion that is deeply rooted within the subconsciousness so we can increase self-awareness and help create a positive and empowered outlook on life and our circumstances. When we are in these deep meditative states of consciousness, we have the opportunity to let go of our resistance to heal, and open the space to allow the body's inner intelligence to emerge and our own empowered wisdom. A wavier must be filled out before this session.
DJ Susie Otto (@susieotto) will be join us, spinning tunes throughout the event.
We have a suggested donation amount of $35 for the entire workshop that you can give via PayPal/Cash App or Venmo at registration. If you would like to give more/less or give another way, please hit ‘I already paid’ when registering and you can give what you’d like when you arrive. We have a limit of 15 people for this event. Must pre-register at least 24 hours before to hold your spot.
Parking meters in Deep Ellum are free until 6pm and there is free parking underneath the bridge near the community center.
