AthletEX & Ice Cold Club are excited to bring you The Cool Down all summer long, with monthly cold plunges! Join us for a morning of cold plunges, normatecs, hypervolts and a full Sunday reset that will leave you feeling refreshed for the week ahead. This is the perfect opportunity to unwind and chill with other athletes in this brutal summer heat🥵. Ice bath sessions will be led by Head Coach Lauren Schramm of Ice Cold Club.
