The Full Moon is an ideal time to activate the heart chakra, also known as “Anahata” in Sanskrit. It is an energy center in the body associated with love, compassion, and emotional well-being. We will begin with a sacred cacao ceremony guided by Beth. Cacao is a beautiful heart opening plant medicine. We will set our intentions to cultivate self-love, compassion and inner exploration for our body, mind, and spirit - via journaling. Once we activate our heart chakra with cacao ceremony, we are going to work on our subtle energetic body to raise our vibration with powerful therapeutic sound bath guided by Mikiko.

🪬Sound Bath - Therapeutic and Meditative experience that takes you to a hypnagogic state between wakefulness and sleeping to release any emotional trauma and stress. Deeply immersive, full body listening experience that intentionally uses sound medicine to nurture your body, mind and spirit.
