Prospect Park Reiki Share & Picnic

Join the Firefly Society Reiki community for an afternoon of Reiki practice and togetherness in Prospect Park. As practitioners, we are often giving to others and it is important to make space to receive and connect to our own practice. We will follow the traditional Usui Reiki Ryoho meeting format: 1. Opening Meditation 2. Gokai Chanting (5 Precepts) 3. Hatsu Rei Ho or Hara Meditation 4. Reiki Circle - hands on healing practice 5. Rejus by Reiki 3 Practitioners (optional) 6. Closing We will have some time to relax and hang out at the end. Please bring some healthy snacks to share!
