The Body Lab is a weekly movement class designed to support functional mobility, breath, and pelvic alignment through a mindful, therapeutic approach.
Each week focuses on a different area of the body — from hips and glutes to breath, shoulders, feet, and beyond — creating a holistic and sustainable foundation for movement.
Why this matters: Pelvic floor dysfunction can affect people of all genders and may show up as low back or hip pain, leaking with movement or sneezing, pelvic pressure or heaviness, difficulty fully emptying the bladder, or pain during intimacy, etc. These symptoms are common but not something you have to just live with.
✨ What to Expect:
• Thoughtfully sequenced therapeutic yoga and mobility practices
• Education woven into movement to deepen body awareness
• Rotation of focus areas to highlight the pelvic floor connection to the body as a whole
• Optional hands-on adjustments to encourage proper alignment

No "yoga" experience needed.

I am Shannon, RN, RYT500, Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Yoga Teacher and Reiki Practitioner. I combine science with energetic and holistic practices to guide you back home to your body, helping you move through life with more ease, connection, and grounded presence.
