Garden of Senses: A relaxing yoga journey
Join us for a serene evening of deep relaxation, beginning with a gentle vinyasa yoga flow led by Elena.
As you unwind, Patrick will create a soothing soundscape with a sound bath and visual projections, while licensed massage therapist Melanie Wedeking offers hands-on healing through massage.
Essential oils will enhance your experience, and light refreshments and snacks will be provided. Please bring your yoga mat and wear cozy, comfortable clothing.
