Hello friends... I am super excited to get these park hangs going again now that the weather has warmed up. For the first ever meet up of 2025, we will be meeting in the beautiful Stuyvesant Square Park. Be sure to RSVP by June 26th! The theme for this hang is - Trees! If you did not know, Stuyvesant Park has stunning English Elm trees that are designated to be one of the "Great Trees of New York City" as it believed to have been growing there from before 1836. So...let's get creative! Whether you are a total newbie to art or a pro, let's spend the lovely Saturday morning honoring these gentle giants through collage, paintings, doodles, photographs, and more. Don't forget to bring supplies for your medium of choice! As always, I will bring limited art supplies (brushes, paints, markers, pencils, paper) for those who need them. You may notice a suggested donation amount ($10). Anything you can contribute helps me cover costs for organizing and keeping supplies available for those who need them. PS: If you do not use Venmo, you can also use Zelle/pay cash on the day. :)
