Expect Saigonese dishes with a modern touch with a mixture of sharing plates to start and individually plated main dishes. Highlights include Gỏi Bưởi (Pomelo & Rau Răm Salad), Lemongrass Fried Chicken, Tiger Prawns with Coriander, Lime & Green Chili, Mussels with Coconut Milk & Sweet Basil, Cà Phê Sữa Đá Affogato (Condensed Milk Ice Cream topped with Vietnamese Iced Coffee) and more!
