You left with clarity. Today we have more access than ever — and people feel more overwhelmed and less seen than ever. The New Beauty Counter is a curated experience during NYC Tech Week exploring what replaces that feeling. How are people actually discovering and trusting beauty now? What does it look like when community becomes the new counter? And what happens when AI finally gives that experience the infrastructure it's always deserved? This is not a traditional panel. It is a room designed to feel like a community — with a real conversation, a live AI experience, and a Signature Glam pop-up counter experience where you can build your look in real time. The evening includes the soft launch of Char — T8C's AI beauty consultant — making its public debut. Guests take the Signature Glam Test at check-in and receive their personalized beauty identity.
