Josh is the Co-Founder and President of KoBold Metals, the world’s leading independent mineral exploration company and technology innovator. Under his leadership since 2018, KoBold has expanded globally, operating exploration programs on four continents and discovering the world-class Mingomba copper deposit in Zambia. With expertise at the intersection of technology and natural resources, Josh previously worked in private equity for upstream oil & gas and as a McKinsey consultant specializing in corporate finance, strategy, and advanced analytics.
