Recidiviz, a nonprofit tech company building data-driven tools for criminal justice reform. They use technology to reduce the amount of people in incarceration and on supervision, increase reentry success, and make communities safer. Previously, Serena was a product manager at Google for the Google Maps API. Our host is Cher Hu, is a new SFTech4Good volunteer and event planner! She is the product manager for Gemini API and Google AI studio. She is passionate about the intersection of tech and social impact, and is excited to bring this conversation on how software engineers, data, scientists, and others with tech background can leverage their skills to contribute to positive social impact.
