💥 An introductory self-defense workshop for all ages, genders, and skill levels
🏳️🌈 🏳️⚧️ All profits will be donated to the Los Angeles LGBT Center, whose STOP Violence Program strives to increase access to mental health and supportive services for survivors of domestic violence, intimate partner abuse, sexual assault as well as other crimes.
👊 Workshop deets: we’ll spend an hour and a half learning basic and practical self-defense skills with instructor Brie Zepeda, then we’ll do a Q&A/debrief/vent sesh with survivor advocate and co-host of The Dating Detectives, Hanna Anderson.
