Open House: An Immersive Music & Art Experience
'Open House' is turning 1! We’re debuting a very special, night-long experience for coming-and-going. Come rest & reset anytime from 5:30-11pm under an ambiance of rotating performances, under immersive installations and visual works from pianist/artist, Ty Rex.
**New Location in West Adams**
Featuring:
5:30-6:30 – Sonya Barriere (binaural sound healing), Mendeleyev (voice) & Layv (ngoni)
6:30-7:30 – w/ Tristan de Liege (composer, multi-instrumentalist), Patrick Behnke (strings)
7:30-9:30pm – Ty Rex (piano), Angel Lin (percussion, sound sculpture), Daniel Weidlein (woodwinds)
9:30-10pm – Group Meditation w/ Axel Mansour (songwriter), Brenton Zola (storyteller) & Ben Canyon (guitarist)
**10-11pm: social hour & celebrating** (Open House turns 1, Ty turns 30, exhibition wow!)
Instructions:
Arrive anytime with your rest, meditation or movement practice. Please bring a mat, and a blanket/cushions for a comfortable soundbath experience.

Additional Offering -
This Wednesday event will be hosted inside Ty Rex’s ‘’Movement” exhibition, a celebration of art & music as recovery. The debut exhibition features 100+ works from opened journals turned sketchbooks to immersive photography, film projections, and sculptures, documenting a years-long journey from chaos and resistance to innocence and wonder. This is a highly recommended experience soundtracked by Ty Rex’s devotional piano archives, which are unavailable during the Open House event.
All guests will receive a gifted custom generated artwork. Only on display Tues-Thursday (Dec 10-12).
