Join us for a Community Playdate in the park! Our friends at Play 2 Progress will host 'Messy Play', a recreational sensory development class that aids in emotional regulation, tactile development, visual motor skills, joint attention and relationship building through good old fashioned, messy play! Kids will dive into all the different stations and enjoy a morning surrounded by new friends. Parents will have the chance to learn all about back-to-school readiness and meet Allie Ticktin, a pediatric occupational therapist and founder of Play 2 Progress. After class, we'll cool off with treats by our pals at Sungold Ice Pops (*while supplies last) and hang out under the shade.
While this class is best suited for ages 1-5 years old, we will also have a baby play area for our littlest friends and older siblings are always welcome! Although this class is free, rsvp is required to secure your spot. It also might be a good idea to bring an extra change of clothes in case your kids get a little messy during play! We can't wait to see you!
