Lullaby Sound Bath - Supermoon - Full Moon Edition
Put them kids to bed! And then join me for a night cap in my backyard with some musical vibrations and lavender essence. Get the sleep you deserve and ground with the earth as you relax for 45 minutes. If you’re lucky we’ll have a fire to do some intention setting. Weather permitting….(if it rains, we will reschedule).
Bring a Yoga Mat, Pillow and Blanket/Sleeping Bag. It will be cold tonight, I will have a space heater and fire. Dress for warmth. You will be lying on the ground.
