Chainmaille Gathering

Hello, friend! We’re gathering again in Lower Manhattan! This little group of chainmaille makers found me and invited me to my first gathering just weeks after I put together my first Euro 4-in-1 jumbles. They celebrated my first clumps of rings without even commenting on my horrible closures. They also shared some rings, taught me some skills, and sent me off with inspiration to keep at it. I hope you join us to show off your cool stuff, commiserate over all our collective blood sacrifices over the years, and spend a few hours talking shop with people who share the same, odd craft. In our last gathering, we talked about adventures in Elfweave, so I’ll be bringing some aluminum rings around an AR of 4.2 for experimentation. We meet in a spot that connects with a bunch of subways and the PATH. It’s a quick shot from CGT and Penn Station. There are a bunch of food and beverage options, and you can even get some snooty-snoot holiday shopping done in the fancy shopping center.
