Westside yogis, is one of the first studios that started beach yoga in the iconic venice beach.
This class is all levels and I'll offer a variety of options for beginners and more advanced practitioners.
We will start with simple breathwork, move into a creative flow and finish with visualization meditation.
There is nothing like yoga on the beach, the sun shinning on our skins, having the ocean in front of us and feeling the refreshing ocean breeze.
