Climate Pints Winter Gathering

We're throwing an end of year climate people party! Come find solace and sip sustainably amongst our beloved climate geek community. There will be activities and surprises! We will be at Prime Produce in Hell's Kitchen again this month. Refreshments will be provided by the organizers like last time This will be a pay as you feel event with a suggested donation of 12$ which will go towards the drinks and the venue. Any excess will be donated to charity. All are welcome! Non drinkers, scientists, green journalists, finance people, NGO humans, storm chasers, aerosol evangelists, treehouse enthusiasts, greenhouse technocrats, compost queens, domestic extremists, your gran, government and policy nerds, engineers ♻️, foresters, EAs, DSAs, CFAs, ecologists🦎, archeologists, climate techies, luddites, geoengineers, freegans, carbon counting accountants 🏭 ... anyone nice ... It’s time to turn up the heat and break the ice on climate group drink therapy (drinking is not required) There are plenty of board games and other activities available at PP for anyone who wants to explore! We're mixing science with 'spirits', and a bit of séance, in an atmosphere so electric that you'll wonder if you’ve stumbled into a severe convective storm ⚡︎! Sip and Sync: Network with like-minded greenies 🌿 . Bring friends, climate comrades, puns, anecdotes, problems, projects and projections🌪️. Free beer is available for high-quality "climate bangers" 🌳. Disclaimer: 1 beer will be given for the leading banger. Beer will be of typical dimensions. Example bangers include, cool looking figures or plots, climate tidbits, puns, facts or trivia, absurd climate solutions, upcycled everyday wear, other forms of cycles, a damp stick you just found, earthship blue prints.
