Join Slow Burn NYC to welcome women’s health coach, Dana Ariele Chwatt, for a powerful, interactive wellness circle focus on blood sugar.
In this session, we’ll explore how to understand and support your blood sugar, uncover its impact on energy, bloating, stress, and overall health, and discuss practical ways to manage it daily. Dana will also dive into the crucial role food plays in balancing blood sugar and hormones.
Any and all are welcome! We will be sitting on the floor so please bring a mat if needed.

Slow Burn NYC is a nonprofit fitness community for those returning to exercise after injury, illness or other life hurdles. We collaborate with certified instructors to deliver custom low-impact classes in yoga, Pilates and wellness workshops like meditation and hormonal health. The goal is to come together in a low-stress, high-fun environment as we get moving and focus on holistic health.
A little more about Dana (@dana.ariele):
Dana Ariele Chwatt is a holistic hormone & women's health coach as well as a fertility educator in training who specializes in gut health, hormone health and fertility. Since becoming certified through the institute for integrative nutrition in 2020, Dana has worked with hundreds of clients both in person and virtually through 1:1 and group coaching programs. Dana also runs panels, webinars, workshops and presentations for communities and corporations. She is most passionate about connecting with women and empowering them in their health by educating them how to work with their unique cycling bodies.
