Poetry as Spellcasting Durham Launch
When our hearts ache and the powers of destruction and death feel so present, we are grateful for the for healing and strength we find in community.
You're invited to gather in circle with POETRY AS SPELLCASTING co-editors Lisbeth White, Destiny Hemphill, Tamiko Beyer, and contributor Alexis Pauline Gumbs for an evening of poetry and ritual. Together, we'll cast a collective poem-spell toward the protection of people in Gaza.
The venue is wheelchair accessible, and masks are required.
