Healing & Resilience: A Yoga & Sound Journey for Transitions 3400 Block of Upshur St, Brentwood, MD (Will reveal address after RSVP due to it being an ADU) A 4-Week Series for Government Workers Navigating Career Changes Week 1: Grounding & Stability Theme: Finding Your Foundation Yoga: Gentle grounding postures to reconnect with stability Breathwork: Deep belly breathing to calm the nervous system Sound Healing: Low-frequency sound bath for grounding (root chakra focus) Reflection: Journaling prompts on releasing fear and uncertainty 🔹 Who It's For: Particularly for Government employees who have recently lost their jobs and are seeking a supportive space for healing, stress relief, and renewal. However open to anyone seeking grounding and healing. 🔹 What to Expect: Gentle movement, breathwork, and sound healing to release stress, cultivate inner peace, and build resilience for the next chapter. 🔹 What to Bring: A yoga mat, water, pillow and a sleeping bag/blanket.
