Top Floor Presents: "A Very Adult Summer Camp"
Hello Top Floor community and friends!
Here's an update on our upcoming Very Adult Summer Camp! Open to Top Floor members, or others vetted by the Top Floor team, this will be a long weekend to remember for up to 30 lucky humans. This is a chance to explore your edges and go deep, with a well curated crew of mostly more experienced play friends, plus some open minded newbies. Think of the sexiest, naughtiest activities with a BDSM and kink twist. Imagine this happening deep in the woods in two houses, one of which is kind of an iconic spaceship, set on 31 private acres, only 90 minutes north of Manhattan. Now schedule this on a long weekend, at the start of summer, and you're starting to get the picture...
The weekend includes an opening circle to know each other's boundaries and desires, workshops on BDSM and related topics, plus opportunities for deeper sharing and shared learning about play and sexuality. Topics like 'winning at threesomes', 'the best blowjobs', 'how to take care of your sub' and more. (Any sexy collaborators with fun ideas, let us know!)
There will be two evenings for play adventures, along with an opt-in "Hunting Party" for BDSM fans. Kicking off with a group conversation to plan out the activity, subs will then get a 10 minute head start at dusk - before being hunted in the woods, tied to trees and more, (based on agreed boundaries of course.)

See leroundhaus.com or @domehousenewpaltz We're on an extraordinary 31 wooded acres, only 90 minutes north of Manhattan. Easily accessible by bus and train from NYC, or an Uber. We will help coordinate ride sharing closer to the event. With two incredible houses, jacuzzis and a sauna, a 4-person hyperbaric chamber, a climbing gym, private hiking trails, and, oh, a spaceship!
COST:
This is not a profit making event. It's a fun community event for the more experienced and naughty types amongst us. To make it work, we're pooling funds for food, a chef, drinks, support team, etc. There are 6 scholarships available to folks who want to be on the support team.
Prices vary based on room type, and are for the whole long weekend. You can stay as little as Friday dinner till Sunday lunch, or as long as Thursday afternoon till Monday morning, for the same price. Price includes accommodation, three meals a day for up to four days, activities, snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. (BYO if you drink).
Prices per person to start with in April are as follows.
NOTE: These prices will increase on June 15.
- $850 for a shared room for the whole long weekend
- $950 for a private room in an airbnb close by
Minimum stay is arrival for dinner Friday night, and leaving anytime after noon till late Sunday. You're welcome to arrive earlier - on the Thursday after 3pm - to help set up and enjoy the space more. And you can leave as late as Monday 11am to avoid traffic.
Interested? RSVP and fill in the questionnaire, and we will see if you are a good fit! Note that we are curating the ideal group taking into account many factors, and not all applicants will be approved. Priority given to folks paying in full to help cover costs.
