Grief + Healing Circle For A Free Palestine

Join us for a free meditation and healing circle with Rotana in Los Angeles. This offering is only for our SWANA/MENA community - we gently ask our ally’s to stay tuned for another event. Rotana will be guiding us through a somatic practice to move dense energy, singing prayers/chants, and facilitating rest. Rotana is a Palestinian and Saudi artist and somatic facilitator. Bring: yoga mat + 2 pillows + water + blanket. What to wear: something comfy to move in. This is a private work space so please be loving to the space. Doors lock at 8 pm so please try to accommodate time for parking and arriving! Parking is limited. Ride share is encouraged. Tea and Decaf Coffee will be provided by Saffron Cowboy Coffee.
