Groove with Lily

Hello friends🥰 Here are all of the details for our first open floor practice together! Location is in East Hollywood and the address will be revealed upon RSVP. It will be $10/person to offset the cost of the studio, but let's have a conversation if we need to adjust that price for you to make the class accessible. (Zelle & cash also work.) Open floor is a way to dive deeper into your artistic self, a dance party to discover, and a place to create space. This practice is for everybody and every body to engage in community-based creative movement, so come dressed ready to sweat, bring water, and let's flow🦋 A few things to keep in mind: Please respect the space and each other. Bring a journal if you feel so inclined. We will be moving for roughly 75 minutes (maybe a little more, maybe a little less), so bring whatever you need to support you for the duration of that time. I'll explain the practice in more detail when we meet, but for now, come ready to put mindfulness into motion.
