💥 An introductory self-defense workshop for all ages, genders, and skill levels 💜 All profits will be donated to the National Domestic Violence Hotline. 👊 Workshop deets: we’ll spend an hour and a half learning basic and practical self-defense skills with instructor Brie Zepeda, then we’ll do a Q&A/debrief/vent sesh with survivor advocate and co-host of The Dating Detectives, Hanna Anderson. 📍 We'll be at a park right next to the Santa Monica beach (toward Venice). It's a grassy section, so you don't have to get all sandy. Unless you want to. Go off, mermaid.
