As adults we have multiple plates spinning at all times. We don’t take time to nourish ourselves in order to keep giving to others. This breathing class combines part lecture on anatomy, physiology, and your emotional well-being. Participants will learn proper breathing techniques, several short exercises and a meditation to easily incorporate into your life for improved physical & mental wellness.
