Breathwork and How to Silence Your Inner Critic Did you know that negative self talk (aka your inner critic) plays a major role in creating unnecessary stress, negative emotions, and self defeating cycles of behavior or even addiction in our lives? We wanted to present this online breathwork and journaling class to help women identify when their inner dialogue reverts to the inner critic and then teaching efficient “thought stopping methods” commonly used to silence the inner critic in daily life. Just a 20% decrease in daily negative thoughts from your inner critic can help transform your life by helping increase inner peace, better mental health. This is gift to the community sponsored by Collective Wellness Foundation however if you would to support the non profit, the suggested donation amount for this workshop is $20-$40.
