Inkloosiv's Community Rehearsal @ Glad Day
If you've always wanted to know what it feels like to be part of an Inkloosiv Voices rehearsal... now is your chance :)
Come sing with us at our first open rehearsal/workshop to celebrate 5 years of Inkloosiv Voices. We'll be learning a song or two together by ear, harmonizing, and revelling in the collective joy of the beautiful community we've fostered over the last 5 years together.
The event is PWYC ($0 and a loving heart counts!). Feel free to use the paypal link provided, or bring cash to the door. We won't be accepting any form of credit or debit card payments - just paypal or cash.
**This event is for all levels of singers! Don't be shy :)
Please arrive by 6:15pm so that we can enjoy a full evening of song together.
6:15pm - 6:45pm: Physical & vocal warm up and mini vocal health workshop led by Daniela Rodriguez of Better Singing
6:45pm - 7:45pm: Learn parts of 2 songs together that Inkloosiv will be performing at our upcoming Pride show on June 7th :)
7:45pm - 8:00pm: Bev & Bathroom Break
8:00pm - 8:30pm: Put it all together - sing, jam, enjoy!
8:30pm - 9:30pm: Post-rehearsal social
Drinks will be available for purchase at Glad Day. There will be no food menu/kitchen service, but outside food is welcomed and encouraged.
Net proceeds will go towards keeping Glad Day Bookshop, the city's oldest LGBTQIA+ bookshop, alive. We appreciate your generosity and look forward to celebrating 5 years of Inkloosiv magic with you!
