This month’s book is Salt Sugar MSG by chef Calvin Eng (with Phoebe Melnick). They'll be in attendance, so bring your cookbooks if you'd like to get them signed!
HOW IT WORKS:
1. We each cook 1 (or more) items from the cookbook — please claim a dish in the Google doc.
2. We gather and eat!

*While we encourage you to support the author, you don’t need to own the cookbook to participate. I can share specific recipes OR the book can be found at the library. If you are not able to access a physical copy, the PDF is attached in the event details.*

By attending cookbook club, you agree to treat other members of the community with respect.
Events may be photographed and/or recorded. By participating, you consent to such recording and its release, publication, exhibition or reproduction.

Only RSVP if you are able to attend. The cost is non-refundable should you choose not to participate after RSVP-ing.
