Release of Liability  I hereby release, waive, and discharge the instructor, Allison Goldsmith, and their respective owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from or related to my participation in the barre class, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any other harm.  No Refund Policy  I understand and agree that all payments for the barre class are non-refundable. This includes missed classes, late cancellations, or any other reason that prevents me from attending the class. Exceptions will be made only if the instructor cancels the class.  Media Release  I grant permission for photos or videos taken during the barre class to be used for promotional purposes unless I notify the instructor in advance.
