sweetie pie angel club and unhinged in bk present… our fifth bushwick breathwork loft party! mina will start us off by leading an uplifting meditation, which includes visualization, breathwork, and reiki. pls arrive by 4:15pm. after the meditation, grounding snacks will be served for mindful yappy hour. jacob (dj unhinged) will help us shake it out to some vibey house music. feel free to bring a usb if you dj! the intention is to party and create community from a centered place. $25 mostly goes towards snacks & bevs, and encourages us to keep offering our services. dress comfy- keep in mind, breathwork may make you cold. bring a mat to lie down on if you have one (we have like 10 extra) and any additional bevs you may like. you may also like to have a water bottle, and chapstick. ps this is not a strictly sober, event so whatever you want for after is welcome. just do it with thoughtful intent. :) pls rsvp yes only if you can make both the meditation and the party. you can text us to vibe check if you want to stop by after the meditation ends: 310 702 7363 thank uuu we are so excited ✨✨ venmo: @sweetiepieangelclub zelle: 310 702 7363
