About me
l've been practicing yoga for the past 7 years. I am a 200 HR RYT certified instructor, with Vippassana meditation training in Thailand. More than a physical exercise, I believe yoga is an opportunity to expand consciousness and compassion towards ourselves and others. My classes are designed to be a space for you to discover your own journey into a meditative trance.
About the class
Each class starts with a brief sharing circle about mindfulness/yogic philosophy and ends with meditation. Depending on the vibe, each class will be a mixture of:
- Vinyasa
- Ashtanga (rigorous vinyasa with arm balances)
- Yin (deep stretching and breathwork).
