Get ready to enjoy nature, meet new friends, reflect, and climb! At 9am, we'll meet at Grand Central and take the (~1hr) train ride up to Cold Spring, New York, a pretty mountainside village with quaint little shops and food spots. We'll fuel up, hydrate and head up the mountain for a short hike (~4 miles). On the mountain, we'll periodically take breaks to exercise breathwork, reflection, and write about the experience. After the hike, we'll head over to Moo Moo's Creamery for Ice Cream and views by the good 'ole Hudson River. While riding the train home, feel free to chat, read, or knock TF out 😴
