Run Club, Ice Bath & Movie Night – Sunday, July 20 starting at 5 PM at Beta Bloc
Join us for a fun and active summer evening in collaboration with Le Dip Ice Bath, Redbull, Ciele and Arc’teryx!
Starting at 5 PM: Pick your pace and run for as many loops as you want until 6:30 PM.
Come and go as you please!
Regular group: 2.3 km loops at 7min/km pace or walking
Fast group: 4 km loops at 6:30min/km – aiming for 16 km
Rocket group: 4 km loops at 6min/km – aiming for 16 km
Prizes and giveaways from Redbull, Ciele, Arc’teryx and more!
Cool down with a cold plunge led by Jenny starting at 5 PM ($10/person)
Bring your towel and bathing suits (changing room and showers available on site)
Please RSVP for the Ice Bath (no payment needed in advance) – it helps to plan the event!
BBQ starts at 6 PM – hang out, eat, and connect with the community after your run (small fee)
8 PM – Free Movie Night presented by Arc’teryx Royalmount
Enjoy a selection of short adventure, trail running, and climbing films. Bring your own chair or something comfy to sit on.

Joins-toi à nous pour une soirée estivale active et festive en collaboration avec Le Dip Ice Bath, Redbull, Ciele et Arc’teryx!
À partir de 17h : choisis ton rythme et cours autant de boucles que tu veux jusqu’à 18h30.
Embarque et débarque comme tu veux!
Groupe régulier : boucles de 2,3 km à 7min/km ou en marchant
Groupe rapide : boucles de 4 km à 6:30min/km – objectif 16 km
Groupe fusée : boucles de 4 km à 6min/km – objectif 16 km
Prix de participation et tirages offerts par Redbull, Ciele, Arc’teryx et plus encore!
Rafraîchis-toi avec un bain de glace guidé par Jenny dès 17h (10$/personne)
Apporte ta serviette et ton maillot (vestiaires et douches disponibles sur place).

BBQ dès 18h – viens jaser, manger et connecter avec la communauté après ta course (petit coût à prévoir)

Apporte ta chaise ou quelque chose de confortable pour t’asseoir.
