An introductory self-defense workshop for all ages, genders and skill levels! All profits will be donated to the National Domestic Violence Hotline. 💜 We’ll spend 1.5 hours learning basic and practical self-defense skills with instructor Brie Zepeda, then we’ll do a Q&A/debrief/vent sesh with survivor advocate and co-host of The Dating Detectives, Hanna Anderson. Each participant will take home a Safety Swag Bag of products donated by our incredible brand sponsors!
