Picture this: the gentle lapping of lake waters, the warmth of sun on your skin, and the even warmer energy of kindred spirits gathering to share their stories. We'll begin by settling into our bodies with a somatic shake and grounding meditation, letting go of the week's energy and dropping into presence together.
As we open sacred space, you'll discover you're not alone in this journey. Through thoughtful ice breaker conversations, we'll explore the pivotal moments that launched our spiritual awakenings – those beautiful, sometimes unexpected turning points that set us on this path of growth and discovery.
Between heartfelt sharing, we'll honor our playful spirits with spontaneous dance breaks and peaceful cloud gazing, letting joy and wonder flow naturally. In small groups, we'll paint rocks as tokens of intention and connection, creating little pieces of art infused with the energy of our gathering.
And because celebration feeds the soul, we'll indulge in delicious ice cream sundaes by the lake – because spiritual growth should be sweet, too!
