As grounding as yoga, as turnt as a turn up, as electric as a rally and soulful AF.
Join us in the lush redwood forest of Oakland as we circle around how we can show up in solidarity for one another. We need to nourish our hearts to keep healing and feeding our souls to keep showing up for the movement. We are not alone in this, let's not act alone!
We'll have live drumming, grounding, community connection, and of course a forest dance party with jams from sacred to ratchet.
We will also have Dr. Brendan Collins-Bride from The Source Chiropractic on-site for free chiro adjustments in the woods! As well as Chun-mui Miler from Remembrance Apothecary offering a mini tea ceremony.
This is a vibes-only BIPOC-centered event, Allies welcome, 80 spots total. This is a family friendly event - let us know if we can support you and your kiddos or elders access to attend.
Reparation-based tickets: $20-50, if you find yourself to be in a place of more privilege, invitation to pay more. If funds are short at this time, we invite you to offer reciprocity by joining our Party setup or clean up crew, reach out to hello@embracecommunity.co.
