Clothes you don’t mind staining

Join me for a painting workshop where we’ll transform second-hand textiles—canvas, leather, cotton, and more—into unique works of art!This workshop invites you to see old clothes, rugs, blankets, or pillowcases as creative canvases- and something you could breathe new life into! I’ll teach techniques for working with different fabric blends using acrylic paint, fabric medium, screen printing ink, and bleach printing, along with tips to easily create at home! Second-hand canvases will be provided, but feel free to bring along an old bag or t-shirt in need of a makeover! Just make sure any canvas you bring is no larger than 12”x12”.
