We invite you to join us for our Winter Open House & Mixer where we present the Sound Healer Collective and our missions for the season as a nonprofit organization. This event is a chance to connect more deeply with our community, meet our board members, and learn about the missions we are building together.
The Sound Healer Collective currently serves Los Angeles County by offering community collaborative sound baths in local parks, where everyone is welcome to come and receive. Our guiding policy is simple and will always remain:
✨ Donations always accepted, and never expected. ✨
At this mixer, you will: 🌱 Hear about our goals and upcoming missions 🌱 Meet our board members and sound healers 🌱 Learn about the many ways you can support and get involved with our missions 🌱 Experience a community sound bath led by our collective 🌱 Connect with others during an open meet & greet
✨ Featured Medicine Music Offering ✨
After the community sound bath, a live medicine music journey with medicine musicians in collaboration with our sound healers, will create a unified field of sound and presence for all who attend. 🤍
We want you to meet us all fully — to learn who we are, what we are working toward, and how you can be part of supporting the mission.
🌿 Our Missions & Initiatives
Mission Statement The Sound Healer Collective is a nonprofit dedicated to weaving community through sound, medicine music, and collaborative healing. Our mission is to create spaces where sound becomes medicine for all, to uplift healers, and to sustain a rhythm of collaboration, accessibility, and collective growth.
Initiatives
🌹1. Community Collaborations (Monthly) Bringing 4–8 sound healers together each month for donation-based, accessible events in the community. Rotating healers ensures inclusivity and visibility.
🌹2. Fundraising & Seasonal Reintroductions (Quarterly) Seasonal gatherings at Pieter Performance Space to reintroduce SHC, showcase healers, share progress, and raise funds for sustainability.
🌹3. Accessibility & Inclusion
* Donation-based or sliding-scale entry for all gatherings
* Sound Tools for Families Program — placing instruments in low-income homes
* Scholarships for healers in need of training or tools
* Commitment to uplifting Black, Indigenous, and marginalized healers
🌹4. Care Through Sound Initiative Providing compassionate sound-based care circles for families navigating terminal illness (including cancer and other conditions).
🌹5. Healer Support & Visibility Developing an online Sound Healer Directory with membership options that create visibility, booking access, and financial support for healers.
🌹6. Contracts with Organizations Building partnerships with schools, hospitals, wellness centers, and nonprofits to provide sound healing services — creating sustainable revenue and expanding reach.
🌹7. Education & Online Learning Offering free online classes and a resource library to teach families how to use sound healing tools at home, extending SHC’s mission globally.
🌹8. Children’s Sound Healing Bringing sound healing to schools, group homes, and youth-centered spaces — ensuring every child has access to the calming, restorative power of sound.
🌹9. Infrastructure & Growth Maintaining sustainable growth through board meetings, seasonal reflection reports, financial structuring, grants, and community partnerships.
