The team provides: ✅ Health screenings (blood pressure, BMI, cholesterol) ✅ One-on-one health education with a clinician ✅ Help with primary care access & healthcare coverage ✅ Cancer screening appointments for those eligible ✅ PCP appointments and exams ✅ Prescription to quick-fix medication (if needed) ✅ Giveaways 🎁 Our team speaks Arabic, English, and Spanish, with language services available for all other languages.
