Join us for a luxurious afternoon of movement, coffee, and community as Ghazal Pilates partners with 7even Seas Coffee Co. and CEO Active for the first pop-up mat Pilates event on Sunday, November 16 at 3:15PM at their new Melrose location. Experience a signature mat Pilates class taught by studio manager & instructor - Kiana Fotoohi, followed by a grounding sound bath, curated coffee sips from 7even Seas Coffee Co. to enjoy together after class and mingle within the community 
All attendees will receive a CEO Active set will get to change into their set before class +  wellness goodie bags including Pilates socks from Reform Her LA. A wellness experience designed to connect, move, and inspire - all included in your $75 ticket (non-refundable)
