**Welcome to Town Strides!** We’re a wellness collective serving the Bay Area, proudly repping THE TOWN and reshaping how our community thinks about fitness. ***Stretches start at 6:15*** Details about our Community Run/Walk **TIME/DISTANCE:** - Option 1: Run the whole lake (3.4 miles) - Option 2: Run/Walk the whole lake in intervals - Option 3: 2 Mile Walk **Running Tips 🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏾:** - **Hydrate:** Drink water and electrolytes throughout the day. - **Fuel:** Eat healthy meals to keep your energy up. - **Shoes:** Wear proper running shoes for comfort and support. - **Have Fun:** This is a relaxed, beginner-paced run.
