Hi Beautiful People!! On Sunday March 9th at 1 pm in Venice Beach we are hosting an extra special Smoke & Stretch with a guided Sound Bath and meditation after yoga class. We hope you all can make it! Ticket includes 45 minute yoga flow led by Nina, 45 minute guided sound bath led by Darrien, and a j on us. Community activation/sesh will start around 1, yoga around 1:30, and the sound bath around 2:15. Try and pay in advance but if not you can pay when you get here :) Yoga mats are first come first serve, so I would recommend bringing a mat or blanket with you just in case we have run out. We will be meeting to the left (ocean facing) of the skatepark right by the graffiti. Can't wait to see you all there! Unfortunately since we are a small business with limited bandwidth we do not process refunds, thanks for understanding :)
